Governance Structure

The Sarah Ford Foundation is governed by a volunteer Management Committee responsible for strategic direction, governance, compliance and oversight of the organisation.

The Foundation’s day-to-day operations are led by Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Sarah Ford.

Due to the nature of the Foundation’s work supporting women affected by family and domestic violence, committee member identities are not publicly disclosed.

Due to the current size and resources of the Foundation, Sarah currently holds both the Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer roles. The Foundation intends to separate these roles as governance capacity and resources increase.
