Website forms
Our website forms are provided through WPForms.
WPForms Lite Connect is enabled, which means information submitted through our forms may be encrypted and backed up on WPForms infrastructure for up to one year.
This may include information submitted through our contact and ROSE Program forms. We use this information only to respond to enquiries, arrange program participation and manage related administration.
Why we collect information

• Arrange inductions and program participation
• Support physical safety and individual exercise needs
• Arrange and safely provide crèche care

• Respond to a serious risk to health or safety
We will not require women to disclose their experiences of family and domestic violence as a condition of participating in the ROSE Program, except where particular information is reasonably necessary for safety or required by law.

Information may be stored in electronic systems, website forms, secure cloud services and limited paper records.
We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse, interference, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Donations and payment information
Our online donation forms are provided through GiveWP, with payments processed securely by PayPal.
When a donation is made, we may collect and retain information such as the donor’s name, email address, billing address if provided, donation amount, transaction status, transaction reference and receipt details.
Full payment card details are processed by PayPal and are not stored by the Sarah Ford Foundation.
PayPal collects and handles personal, financial and transaction information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Overseas processing
Some third party service providers we use may store or process personal information outside Australia.
Our website is hosted by HostGator, which may store and process website information in the United States.
PayPal may transfer and process personal information in the United States and other countries. PayPal handles personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled appropriately and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
